Born as C-NIMMA in Nijmegen, overlooking the Waal Bridge during sunset, it transforms movie nights into unforgettable moments. With its mesmerising atmosphere and carefully curated film programs, C-YOU Cinemas connects movie lovers during a wonderful evening.

C-YOU Cinemas needed a brand identity with a nostalgic yet modern feel, to clearly position the event with a target to sell out every movie.
CHALLENGE
The branding of C-YOU Cinemas captured the sunset's magic and cinematic allure. The visuals and strategic marketing elevated the event into a sold out event in just a couple hours. The second year, with increased capacity, was an even bigger hit. Nearly every movie sold out the same day. C-YOU Cinemas became a must-experience event, with audiences now demanding multiple editions each year. A truly unforgettable experience.

SERVICES
We crafted a nostalgic identity for C-YOU Cinemas using a color palette inspired by the cinema experience: red from theater seats, yellow from the sunset, and deep blue from the night sky. Retro tickets were designed as keepsakes, enhancing the nostalgic feel. Our strategic marketing included Instagram posts and city posters, but the rapid sellout meant posters were only used indoors to stay top of mind.
